Many venues already have chairs in situ – but many times the client will find they aren’t to their taste or they don’t suit the theme of the event taking place.
The chairs can be substituted for other chairs using a furniture rental company – some will even store the existing chairs for the duration of the event. This can be a logistical headache, however, there is another option.
Chair cover hire has traditionally been geared towards weddings. Times have changed and there are now many types of chair cover in cotton or spandex to suit any type of event. Colours are no longer limited to white or ivory and now include almost any colour you could dream of.
Wedding chair covers are often brightened up with an organza bow or sash, although for a business or corporate function this may not be needed.
A quick search of google brings up many companies offering to rent you a chair cover – some include a fitting service, others just send you the covers to fit yourselves – all depends what you want.
